Louis Biasin
Louis Biasin has started working at SALTO Participation & Information Resource Centre as the new Communication Coordinator.
Louis is a communication professional with more than 10 years of experience working in the fields of public interest and education. After graduating from Sciences Po Lyon in 2009 with a master’s degree in communication, Louis has been working in communication agencies as a Project Manager for more than 5 years, helping local and public institutions in designing and implementing their communication plans.
Originally from France, Louis has been living in Tallinn, Estonia, since 2017. For the last four years, he has been the Communication Manager of Tallinn European School, where he has developed the communication and marketing strategy of the school.
He will be focusing on capacity development of strategic communication of the National Agencies of Erasmus+/European Solidarity Corps and promotion of Youth Participation and the work of SALTO PI. He will also be developing new content for the Promotion & Outreach section of the Participation Resource Pool.
