MIT article: Digital transformation has evolved. Here’s what’s new

The article explores the findings resulting from 10 years of researching digital transformation, done by the MIT Sloan senior lecturer George Westeman and his collaborators. Based on their work, the experts found the key ways in which some companies are becoming “digital masters,” while others fall behind.

It brings insights on issues such as the role of leadership and digital capability within organisations, as well as on the new elements that contribute to digital transformation – including customer experience, employee experience and business model innovation.
