These Quality Standards build on the learning gathered by SALTO Participation & Information Resource Centre in collaboration with young people and program stakeholders from the Youth Participation Strategy Steering Group. They complement the Youth Participation Strategy by expanding and enriching the understanding of youth participation in democratic life, and by outlining what a quality approach looks like in practice.
Designed for project applicants, beneficiaries and National Agencies, the standards provide concrete support for ensuing the means and the space for meaningful youth participation in projects and organisations.
