The White Paper on Participatory Budgeting for youth is a document describing the general framework on creating a participatory budgeting process for young people especially in cities, taking into account all aspects and decisions which enable such a process to happen. The toolkit was delivered within and innovation project supported by the Erasmus+ programme.
