The “New Power in Youth” Strategic Partnership (NPiY) is looking for a Communication Expert who is passionate about youth participation and is experienced in developing content (written, visual) and online communication.
Apply by 17 September 2024 and join the NPiY team to advance youth participation in democratic life in Europe! The selected expert is expected to start work on 30 September 2024 and be available until the end of June 2025.
New Power in Youth is a Strategic Partnership between 10 National Agencies for Erasmus+ & European Solidarity Corps and 3 SALTO Resource Centres. It is coordinated by the Estonian National Agency for Erasmus+ & ESC and aims to foster youth participation in democratic life. It contributes to three specific objectives:
- Introducing Erasmus+ & ESC Youth Participation Strategy and supporting youth participation projects through E+ & ESC programmes.
- Supporting the strategic development of youth participation in democratic life on local, national and European levels.
- Enhancing the partnership between the non-formal and formal education sectors in order to better support youth participation in democratic life.

Requested Profile
Mid-career professional who meets the following criteria:
- Experience in writing articles, reports and/or other publications is required
- Experience in online and/or outreach/information campaigns and projects is required
- Experience in working with editing/visuals design software
- Experience in using a diversity of digital tools
- Availability to effectively work online and self-manage own tasks
- Open attitude, showing initiative and good team cooperation
- Availability to join 1 residential event
- Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required
- Experience in working with/for stakeholders in the youth/educational sector is highly recommended (youth or youth work organisations; National Agencies for E+/ESC; other educational organisations etc.)
- Experience working in international organisations is desirable.
