Inclusion Meter

Organizing an inclusive event where everyone feels welcome and valued can be challenging. To support this effort, SALTO Inclusion & Diversity and JINT vzw have developed the Inclusion Meter, a practical tool designed to help to identify barriers and create a more inclusive environment. The Inclusion Meter allows to assess various aspects of your event, from preparation to implementation and rounding off, while covering topics such as program design, logistics, support, safer spaces, and communication.

Whether you need specific tips for event preparation or want to explore a particular topic in depth, such as communication strategies, the tool offers flexibility to meet your needs. You can complete the entire test or select only the sections that interest you.
