The 25 Percent Handbook is a one-stop-shop for all young people who want to make a change through campaigns and campaigning.

In the Handbook you can explore different chapters or pick the topics you are interested in: 59 short articles and 24 activities will guide you in all steps from identifying the cause you care about to building your own campaign.

The Handbook is part of the 25 Percent project run by the European Youth Forum and co-funded by the European Union. The 25 Percent engages young people in the Conference on the Future of Europe to equip them with tools and knowledge to create the change they want to see.
