Public consultation: EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 – interim evaluation

The European Commission has launched a public consultation to collect information, expertise and views from all interested parties in order to reach an evidence-based and measured judgment on how well the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 has performed at mid-term. 

The consultation is open between 26 April 2023 and 2 August 2023  (midnight Brussels time) and aims to engage young people and the main stakeholders of the EU Youth Strategy, but also from the general public and any parties affected by or having an interest in EU youth policy.

Stakeholders include (but are not limited to): national authorities; Erasmus+ national agencies; the Council of Europe; organisations and networks representing or working with youth; youth workers; youth councils; youth services; beneficiaries and participants in the EU Youth Strategy and in EU programmes in the field of youth; experts and youth researchers; civil society actors; institutions, organisations and individuals that have not participated in the instruments and actions under the Strategy or in EU programmes; international organisations such as the OECD, UNICEF, UNESCO; and other relevant entities or citizens.
