Egyptian Youth Rethink the Future of Well-Being in 2050 in light of COVID-19

The UNESCO practice describes an approach of how to engage young people in shaping decisions in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Lab was structured to lead participants into a learning journey. On the first day, participants were asked to imagine themselves in 2050, describing, from ‘a day in the life’ perspective, what is wellbeing like in a probable, ‘realistic’, most likely future. They subsequently were asked to imagine a desirable future of wellbeing in 2050, depicting wellbeing in the community they belong to.
