SALTO Participation and Information Resource Centre (SALTO PI) develops strategic and innovative action to encourage youth participation in democratic life.
With a Master Degree in Digital Literacy Education (Tampere University, Finland) Aleksandra has been working with UNESCO and other public organisations in Europe. She gives speeches and interactive workshops on MIL and youth engagement, as well as collaborates with SALTO Participation and Information Centre on creating the online Resource Pool for youth workers and educators.
With more than 10 years of experience in Communication, Meelika has been coordinating a variety of local and international projects in the field of culture, environment, democracy and youth. She feels most passionate and has been mostly focusing on media relations, innovation, strategic approaches and creating change through communication.
Miguel Ángel García López holds a University Expert (Master Degree) on Educational Evaluation. He has a strong background in the field of education, having worked for over 15 years in this area, both as a lecturer in formal education and as a trainer and consultant in non-formal education and youth training at European level. He has extensive expertise as a trainer, evaluator, facilitator and author on a broad range of topics including youth policy, intercultural dialogue, human rights education, social inclusion, training of trainers, minorities, anti-discrimination and social entrepreneurship.
