Co-Steering Group of the Youth Participation Strategy has been launched

SALTO Participation & Information launched the Co-Steering Group of the Youth Participation Strategy. The Co-Steering Group involves, in equal representation, youth representatives and stakeholders of the Erasmus + and European Solidarity Corps programmes together to foster youth participation in democratic societies by supporting the implementation of the Youth Participation Strategy. The Co-Steering group is a good practice of co-creation, bringing together beneficiaries, applicants and supporters of the programmes.

The first two meetings of the Co-steering group took place online in June and February 2022 and were focused, among others, on defining how activities will be implemented, creating a framework for practical outcomes with impact, and developing a strategy to empower young people to set their own projects. The next meeting will take place in November 2022, with additional meetings planned until June 2023.
