The document explains in detail how the European Union, through its programmes, supports the various ways of youth participation. The focus is on Empowering young people to participate in society and it showcase examples of youth participation in different ways: from engaging with local and national authorities and influencing decisions, to running youth centres of programmes of participatory journalism.

The booklet highlights examples of good practices and projects funded by Erasmus+. Anyone can get inspiration and duplicate the models in their communities.
