Inclusion & Diversity in Digital Youth Work is a web platform developed by SALTO Inclusion and Diversity Resource Center with an aim to help youth workers strengthen and develop their skills for inclusive digital youth work, especially in the context of the EU Youth Programmes (Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps).

In the web publication, different formats are combined to build a richer and more inclusive experience of what digitalisation allows the youth work sector to achieve.

Through a series of articles and podcasts, the platform explores why and what should be done for a more inclusive digital youth work, as well as on what are the necessary competences, policies and activities that could foster it.

Moreover, it brings into attention a series of Good practices on how inclusion & diversity go online – meant to serve as inspiration for all those who look to create or contribute to digital inclusive practices.

The SALTO Inclusion & Diversity Resource Centre provides resources (training tools, publications, information, and more) for persons and agencies supporting young people with fewer opportunities (Inclusion workers, youth workers, social workers, National Agencies & Coordinators). By offering opportunities for training, exchange and reflection on inclusion practice and diversity management, SALTO Inclusion & Diversity works towards the visibility, accessibility and transparency of its inclusion & diversity work and resources, and towards making 'inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities' and 'positive diversity management' a widely supported priority.
